So who are we?
We are a student association of 20 members active in HEC Management School of the University of Liege. Our main purpose is to facilitate, through various activities, the stay of the foreign students visiting our faculty.
Here is a summary of the kind of services and activities we propose at ESN HEC:
- The accommodation
- The incoming student welcome
- The ESN Cards
- The Sponsorship
- Travels and parties
- Video presentation
Before their arrival in Liege, the foreign students have the opportunity to book a room (called a "kot" in Liege) thanks to our database available online that you can find here : database ViaFlats. In the same way, Belgian outgoing students can sublet their "kot" during their stay abroad.
If it is required by the exchange student, he can be received at his arrival in Liege by a member of ESN HEC He will get directly advice and assistance in his new city of stay so.
With you ESN Card, you can find discounts on this website. Click here
Once registered in his new school, the exchange student will have the opportunity to get a sponsor, a student from his faculty. An event is organized so that the exchange student has the chance to meet his sponsor and to share with him his first experience in Liege.
Yes, you will party hard in Liege. ESN Parties are organized once a month each with a different theme. The famous "Social Evenings" allow incoming students to know better each other but also to meet Belgian students to share their own cultural experience. Trips for 3 days are also organized once a semester by the ESN HEC team. Check out sometimes this website to keep you up to date.
